Here’s how booking works + answers to the most common questions!

NEW: Finding the Studio (Directions section)

Pilates by Christiana is located inside the Nano Clinic building (see photo below).

• Address note: The building is shared with multiple businesses, which can make it a bit tricky to find on your first visit.
• Go to the Nano Clinic building and head to the third (top) floor
• Stairs are available for direct access
• Elevator access: Please text me in advance if you need the elevator, as I’ll need to unlock access to the third floor

Parking: Parking is permitted in the Nano Clinic lot

If you have any trouble finding the studio, feel free to text, I’m happy to guide you. 

 

 

 

How to Book a Private Session Using a Class Pack

If you’ve purchased a class pack, booking is simple:

  1. Go to the scheduling page

  2. Select “Book a Private Session (Use Your Pack)”

  3. Choose your day/time and confirm your appointment

✅ One session will automatically be deducted from your pack
✅ No additional payment is required

Tip: If you book a session labeled “Drop-In,” the system will treat it as a single-session purchase.

 

How to Book a Drop-In Session

If you’d like to book without a package:

  1. Select “Private Session (Drop-In)” (or the class you’d like)

  2. Choose your day/time

  3. Complete checkout to reserve your spot

 

How to Check Your Remaining Sessions

You can view your remaining sessions anytime by logging into your scheduling account using the same email you used to purchase your pack.

A personalized session to discuss goals, assess movement, and create a plan that supports strength, posture, mobility, and feeling aligned.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a late-cancel fee.

 

What to Wear / What to Bring

  • Comfortable movement-friendly clothing

  • Grip socks (available for purchase if you forget)

  • Arrive at least 5 minutes early for your first visit
